Remodels & new construction
Remodels & New Builds
We work on both sides of a project: replacing tired surfaces in a home you already love, and supplying stone for a house that is still being framed.
Either way the process is the same — clear communication about what happens when, so your other trades can plan around the stone.

What's included
What we handle on this kind of project
Consultation
Walk the slabs, talk material, edges and layout, and get a clear next step.
Template
Precise field measurement once cabinets or bases are set.
Fabrication
Cutting, edging and polishing in our own Grove shop.
Installation
Set, seamed and finished by the same team that measured it.
Working with builders and contractors
Being local matters on a build. Our shop is in Grove, so a template visit, a question about a cabinet change, or a look at a slab is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem.
Tell us your cabinet-set date and we will work back from it.
Remodels in an occupied home
Most of our remodel customers are living in the house while we work. We aim to keep the disruptive part short: template, then one installation visit with the stone already finished.
FAQ
Questions we hear often
- Do you work with contractors and builders directly?
- Yes. We regularly coordinate with builders, cabinet shops and remodelers throughout the Grand Lake area.
- When should I choose my stone?
- Earlier is easier. Picking material early means we can hold the slab you loved rather than hoping something similar is available at template time.
Next step
Let's talk about your project
Bring your measurements, cabinet colors, or just a photo you love. We will walk the slabs with you, talk through material and edge options, and give you a clear next step.
